Sándor Horváth, HBAid’s program coordinator, conducted a survey in the town at the Croatian-Bosnian border and met with its Croatian partners. Upon the request of the Croatians, the Hungarian helpers are arriving today to the transit camp in Slavonski Brod to help in the management of the migration situation. According to the agreement, the organization will help in the provision of children by giving supplies for their everyday life. The migrants after arriving by train continue their way to Slovenia. The Croatian authorities put great emphasis on safety.

According to the information of the Interior Ministry of Zagreb, since last September, 611 thousand illegal migrants were administrated in Croatia. In Slovenia, 432 365 illegal migrants were registered. This new year, 53 761 people crossed the Croatian-Slovenian border.
