The volunteers of HBAid are continuously working in Slavonski Brod transit camp. Yesterday, dr. Béla SZILÁGYI, General Director, and Dávid Gál International Director, visited the spot and met with the leaders of its partner organizations to develop a common position on the correct management of the migration crisis. At the camp in Slavonski Brod, there was no sign of any tension between the migrants. There are one or two trains that arrive daily with around 800 to 1000 migrants on each of them. The Croatian authorities register them, take fingerprints and the needy receive health provision by doctors and nurses. There is also food and cloth distribution. From here, the train goes to Slovenia after one or two hours. Hungarian Baptist Aid continues its work primarily focusing on children and mothers.
